This is a fitness class. We will teach you the correct techniques used in boxing but with the main emphasis on fun and fitness. There is strictly no sparring!

Get a good sweat on whilst learning how to throw a combination of punches. In a safe and friendly environment.

The class is suitable for all abilities from absolute beginner to seasoned boxers looking to get in a great workout.
