Here at CrossFit Tewkesbury we implement the principles of CrossFit in our training programme.
We believe it is the most effective and inclusive fitness programming available. Our aim is to help people reach their goals whether it is to improve their sports performance, lose weight and tone up or be fitter so they can play football in the park with their grand children. Everyone discovers CrossFit for different reasons and we are here to guide and support everyone on their journey. We believe to get the most out of life you need to be physically prepared for it and we do this by training the 10 components of fitness (general physical skills):Cardiovascular/Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Co-Ordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy. We train these components in a class format with no more than 10 in a class. This gives the benefits of personal training as coaches can give appropriate attention to all members of a class without the huge expense of PT or small group training. It is a strength and conditioning programme with guidance on form, technique and intensity level and all at an affordable rate.
